Richard Wehrman

Richard met Dale Goldstein in the early1970’s while studying at the Rochester Zen Center under Roshi Phillip Kapleau and Toni Packer (who went on to found and direct the Springwater Center for Meditative Inquiry). Reconnecting in the early 90’s through a Men’s Group composed of former Zen Center members, Richard began attending Heartwork events and group work facilitated by Dale.

Richard provided the original interface design and graphics for this website. He has participated on both the Heartwork Institute Board of Directors and Advisory Board. He has contributed numerous poems reflecting aspects of the insights and openings experienced through his personal work and the Heartwork process.
