Jeremy Seligman

Jeremy Seligman is Director, IT Strategy and Organizational Development, Ford Motor Company. Jeremy is responsible for the integration of the overall Information Technology strategy as well as the design and implementation of a learning architecture for IT. He is committed to creating strategically linked learning environments that will be central to the effectiveness and sustainability of organizations. A member of the Council of the Society for Organizational Learning (Peter Senge, Founding Chair), Jeremy is committed to bringing an Appreciative, Systems Thinking perspective to the organizations with which he works.

Before joining Ford, Seligman was the CIO of Frontier Communications in Rochester, NY, and has also consulted to Fortune 500 companies on building sustainable learning environments. Seligman began his career at Xerox in Finance and later in Information Systems.

Seligman is a two-time graduate of the University of Rochester, with a degree in Education and an MBA in Finance and Economics, and is a lifelong student of organizational dynamics and change. He lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan with his wife of 28 years. He has two daughters, Eva 24 and Katya 20.
